Annual maintenance is important to prevent malfunctions and improve the efficiency and operational life of your machine. All servicing and repair work is undertaken by Rioned trained and approved technicians. To ensure that you get the best and most cost-effective service, we have introduced Gold, Silver and Bronze maintenance packages, helping spread the cost of annual servicing.

Our fully equipped service vehicles provide UK-wide mobile servicing and reactive maintenance within 24 or 48 hours of a breakdown being reported depending on the type of contract.

Bronze Service Package

The Bronze package covers your annual jetter servicing and inspection, including basic components such as filters, oil and a high-pressure valve. The contract also offer a further 10% off any additional parts.

Silver Service Package

TERMS + CONDITIONS

Machine warranty extensions are based on the date of purchase of a new machine and extended from the date of purchase. The length of each package contract is fixed. Early termination of the contract may be subject to penalties.

*Subject to availability. If not repaired in 72 hours of the initial visit. Replacement machine based on customers returning the machine to one of our two service centres.
