Engineered for the Longer Runs in Urban Networks

  • 200 bar @ 100 l/min jetting capacity
  • 17,600 l/min suction capacity (1,056 m³/hr free airflow)
  • 8,000L total tank capacity (7,000L waste / 1,000L clean)

The MaxCom is built for contractors working in demanding urban drain and sewer networks where access is tight, but expectations are high. It’s designed to handle routine maintenance, reactive blockage clearance, sewer cleaning, gulley emptying and waste recovery with the kind of sustained performance that keeps crews moving and contracts on schedule.

Balancing high-output jetting and powerful vacuum capability within a manoeuvrable 18-tonne platform, the MaxCom allows operators to work efficiently in built-up areas without sacrificing control or safety. Durable tank construction, intelligent controls and remote operation ensure confident performance on every job, from planned maintenance runs to emergency call-outs.

RioGrande-Tank

Proven Power. Guaranteed Reliability

Mounted on a MAN TGM 18.320 4x2 chassis, the MaxCom delivers high-pressure jetting and high-volume suction in a balanced 18-tonne platform built for demanding drainage operations. A SPECK / Rioned P55 pump provides up to 200 bar at 100 l/min for controlled, high-output sewer and drainage jetting. Vacuum performance comes from the Jurop DL180 HDR air-cooled blower, delivering up to 17,600 litres per minute (1,056 m³/hr) of free airflow. Oil-free operation ensures cleaner performance, while the high airflow enables faster tank evacuation, strong handling of silt and grit, and improved productivity across a wide range of applications

The 8,000L welded steel split tank (7,000L waste / 1,000L clean) is internally coated for corrosion resistance and protected against over- and under-pressure for long-term durability. Additionally, four cleaning nozzles are mounted within the tank to help clear wastewater and debris through the high-pressure circuit.

RioGrande-Power

Built for the City, Designed to Go Further

Built on decades of jetvac engineering and the proven success of Rioned’s compact combination units, the MaxCom delivers a carefully balanced platform that helps operators stay productive on site, complete more work per shift, and maintain control in congested, restricted-access locations.

As sewer networks age and reactive work increases, operators are under pressure to deliver more with fewer vehicles on site. MaxCom supports longer working cycles and efficient workflow through a high-capacity split-tank configuration, continuous-duty pumps and intelligent controls.

  • Stay on site longer with fewer interruptions
  • Work more efficiently in restricted-access areas
  • Maintain consistent performance across the shift
  • Improve operator control, safety and ease of use

RioGrande-Reel

Hose Reels Built for Demanding Work

The MaxCom features a professional hose reel configuration designed for long-distance and large-diameter operations. Dedicated reels for jetting, suction and filling allow crews to manage multiple tasks efficiently without reconfiguring the setup. Smooth hose handling, controlled operation and a practical layout ensure reliable performance across drainage, sewer and industrial applications.

RioGrande-eControl

Intelligent Control as Standard

eControl Plus gives operators centralised control of engine, pumps, speed and hose reel functions via a clear on-unit interface with integrated safety and service monitoring. The 11-channel RioMote remote extends full operational control across the site, enabling safe, efficient working at distance while maintaining complete oversight of the unit.

RioGrande-Storage

Practical Storage, Professional Finish

Integrated storage solutions keep hoses, tools and accessories secure, organised and ready for use throughout the working day. Dedicated compartments, lockable boxes and underbody storage reduce clutter and protect equipment in transit. Clean panel integration also provides strong vehicle presentation and branding opportunities without compromising functionality.
